"Elder Luke Laird was called to serve the new Corner Stone Primitive Baptist Church.  When they first came together as a “Fellowship” in November of 2019, the now Corner Stone Church members were established as an arm of the Union Primitive Baptist Church.  In 2022, Elder Laird felt impressed to resign his current pastoral duties in Alabama, return to Mississippi and began meeting with the Corner Stone group.  In January of 2023, Elder Laird was asked to meet and preach to them on a regular basis.  With the Lord’s guiding hand leading them to this day, as they are officially the Corner Stone Primitive Baptist Church."
