Elder Paul E. Williams was born on October 24, 1934, in McDowell County, WV. He was the son of the late Roller and Della Robinson Williams.

He was a faithful member of Indian Creek Primitive Baptist Church in Greenville, WV, where he also served as pastor for many years. Additionally, he served Indian Creek Primitive Baptist Church in Indian Valley, VA.

Brother Paul, at the age of 88, passed away on Thursday, March 9, 2023, at the Salem Health and Rehabilitation Center in Salem, VA. Elder Tim Witten officiating and Elder Norvel Mann assisting. Burial followed at Keaton Cemetery in Greenville, WV.
