ELDER FRANK ERNEST MCCARTY
SUBMITTED BY WAYNELL HARRIS: Elder McCarty was the son ofLewis and Myrtle McCarty. He was born July 6, 1915 in Dickens Co, TX.
On 21 July 1935, he married Dorothy Lillian Austin at Hart, TX. Five children were born to this union.
According to an article in the BANNER dated June 20, 1959, they wereliving in Palmdale, CA and he was pastor of the church located in Placentia, CA.
They later moved to Norfolk, VA -- date unknown -- but were livingthere in 1974 and lived there the rest of his life. He passed away on 21August 1997 at Norfolk.
