Sermon Summary

Elder Wes Johnson was Pastor of Old Carroll church in Mt. Airy, Maryland. He also served Justus church in Scranton, PA.

Brother Wes was a good teacher and a strong doctrinal preacher. He authored 'True Perspectives of Eternal Life.' If you ever heard someone mention that 'certain sound' found in old Baptist preaching, you'll hear it in this sermon. His introduction is long with wisdom and good points as he then enters some thoughts on being careful not to believe every spirit in this world.

He was very casual in his manner which makes for good listening. Brother Wes resigned in July of 1992 due to health concerns.

Wes Johnson departed this life for his eternal home, "Just Over The Starsรขโ‚ฌย on August 5, 1994
