Phillip Howel was born to James and Martha Howell on June 15, 1960. In August of 1970, Brother Phillip united with Harmony Primitive Baptist Church in Barwick, GA. And was baptized by Leon Wiggins.
Brother Phillip began to exercise in April of 1993 and was licensed to preach in October 1996.
At the request of his home church, Harmony, a presbytery was formed on November 31, 1997, to ordain Brother Phillip to the full work of the ministry.
In August of 1999, he was called to pastor Harmony Church, where he serves. Brother Phillip currently resides in Thomasville, GA. With his wife Pam.
