Elder Stanley Cadle was the Pastor of Zionโ€™s Rest Primitive Baptist Church in Craigsville, West Virginia.

OBITUARY

STANLEY LEE CADLE, 76 years of age, of Craigsville, died Sunday, May 26, 2024, in the Summersville Regional Medical Center. He was the son of the late Emery Lacy and Elizabeth Ann Schoolcraft Cadle and was born in Nicholas County on February 23, 1948. 

Stanley was a former concrete foreman and construction worker. He later retired from the Nicholas County Board of Education, where he was a teacher at Beaver Elementary School. Stanley was a pastor, elder, and member of the Zion's Rest Primitive Baptist Church at Craigsville.
Surviving him is wife, Vicki Waldorf Cadle; sons, Jonathan Mark Cadle (Martha Weber) of Charles Town, Jason Preston Lacy Cadle (Leigh) of Fredrick, Maryland; daughters, Jennifer Ellen Cadle of Huntington, Janis Marie Cadle of Baltimore, Maryland; brother, Aaron Cadle Madison of North Carolina; sister, Thanna Farley of Parkersburg; grandchildren, Morgan Ashlea, Nathan Wynn, Jacob Emery, Devonte Leon and Joshua Adam; and great grandchildren, August Leon and Sylvia Ann.
Much appreciation for all the care and concern for Stanley and family provided by the ICU department at Summersville Regional Medical Center and the nurses and caregivers from Carewell Association.
Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Saturday, June 1, 2024, in the Zion's Rest Primitive Baptist Church at Craigsville with Elder Gary Utz, Elder John Nichols, and Elder Joe Miller officiating.
