The first part is primarily given to the subject of baptism. He says there is teaching before and after baptism. Several examples are given from the book of Acts. Is there scripture authority to re-baptize?

On the second side, he speaks specifically to communion and what it should be. He argues against ritualism and delves further into baptism, enumerating 4 requirements for a valid baptism.

Brother Ed speaks to the fact that communion is a healing service that binds the body together.

This sermon was preached at Columbia Church prior to the communion services. The second side is listed under Edward Kirkpatrick.
