Sermon Summary

What Saith the Scriptures? Typically it has been viewpoints and models that establish what is believed about this Bible topic.

I am more confused than ever when I attempt to distinguish what the Bible says within a form of Pre, Post or Amillennialism- eschatological models - instead of simply reading and believing what the Scriptures say. (Its hard trying to keep it all straight!)

There are certain fundamental truths, clearly established in the Bible. For instance, the Lordship and Kingship of Jesus Christ. What you believe and understand about His reign must be consistent with the duration and locale of His kingdom rule.

Also, the Bible speaks of "a resurrection" and what ever else is said about this subject must fall in line with this fundamental truth. Is there one resurrection or two...or three? Does the model you understand conflict with certain other texts?

What was the Mosaic economy, and when was it fulfilled and done away? Just when was the veil rent in twain? 70 AD, something yet future or at the Cross?

This featured sermon is a great place to start - with a host of Bible verses! Listen closely and jot down the main points as Brother Kirkpatrick will present a series of Scriptures that underscore main fundamental points with regards to the Millennium.
