Sermon Summary

This sermon was preached at Meadow Creek PB Church, North Carolina. Elder Tindall opens up for us the meaning of 'Three Measures of Meal' as he speaks on the subject of the Gospel. He asks, "How important is the Gospel?" Paul suffered the loss of all things, for the Gospel sake.

He expounds on the purpose of the Gospel and calls on God's children to know their position before God, and to understand that the Gospel saves us! "It is the means to heal us, to bring a congregation together, to bring peace and cause us to love one another."

In contrast he speaks about leaven as evil. He uses 2 OT texts; 2 Kings 4 and Hosea 6 to explain the meal or the Gospel truth. He says that the churches can be destroyed for the lack of knowledge and the importance of Gospel preaching to strengthen the brethren.

Hear what he says about the 'right hand of fellowship' and the need to 'wear out for the kingdom's sake.'

This is a great message, so if you are looking for a sermonet or a 3 point message you won't find it here! This sermon is about 56 minutes long.

Elder Tindall went home to be with His Lord, October 26, 2009.
