Sermon Summary

If you want to hear an old Gospel message, this is a classic message of God's free and amazing grace! It was a message probably first delivered in the 1960's on the Baptist Bible Hour. The beginning has two favorite hymns, "He whispers Sweet Peace to Me" and "My Soul, Come Meditate The Day."

Then Elder Bradley speaks about the Gospel which is an 'old message' but is perfectly relevant while we live in a changing world, an 'Old Gospel For The New Year!' God does not change, His truth does not change, and His covenant of peace for His people will never cease!

Elder Bradley uses 3 main headings in this sermon; principles to believe; practices to follow and promises to claim. Principles of the sovereignty of God and the satisfaction of Christ, simple practices of the "old paths" to follow and precious promises for every child of grace to claim. Yes, this is an old message but a message that never grows old !

If you are being introduced to Primitive Baptist preaching you will want to hear this message. If you have enjoyed the fruit of the vine these many years, listen again for your personal devotion and affirm anew the message of God's sovereign grace.

Happy New Year!
