Elder Brad Hansard grew up with his family at Bethany Primitive Baptist Church in Tucker, Ga., where he joined at age 12. Later, he married his wife Trina there, and she joined and was Baptized. Brother Brad felt the call to preach in December 2005, and they enjoyed hearing the message of Grace under their Pastor, Elder Lonnie Mozingo Jr.
Brother Brad made his first attempt to introduce service in February 2006. He continued to study and exercise his gift under his Pastor until he left Bethany. Over the years in the Primitive Baptist Church, Brother Brad, and his family were blessed to find a Home at Crossroads Atlanta Primitive Baptist Church, Sandy Springs, Ga, where Elder Loyd Blair pastored. Brother Brad was able to study and exercise his Gift as a Licentiate.
There are a host of other Elders who were instrumental in his ministry. Crossroads Atlanta Primitive Baptist Church unanimously called for Brother Brad to be ordained to the full work of the Gospel Ministry, and he was ordained on May 6, 2017. It is also where his son Benjamin gave his Profession of Faith in His Lord, asked for a home in the Church, and was baptized.
Brother Brad was blessed to preach at and help many Churches among the Old Line Primitive Baptist throughout several states during his time as a licensed and ordained minister.
Elder Brad Hansard has served three Churches. The Church he is currently pastoring in is Oak Grove Primitive Baptist Church in Milton, Georgia. The Lord has richly blessed during his time there, and the Church voted to begin meeting every Sunday, renovate the Church, and see many of God’s blessings.
Also, during his time at Oak Grove PBC, his daughter, Annabelle, professed Faith in her Lord and asked for a home with the Church. She was Baptized on Father’s Day, June 2022. During this time at Oak Grove, they were blessed with other members by letter and by professing their Faith and following in Baptism. To God be the Glory.
Elder Brad and his family currently live in Dawsonville, Georgia.
