Elder Clark was born and raised in California. He joined the First Primitive Baptist Church of Santa Paula, California in March of 1974. He was ordained as a deacon in October of 1982, and was ordained an Elder in March of 1997. Elder Clark serves as pastor of the First Primitive Baptist Church of Santa Paula, California. He is married and has two grown children.
