Elder Jimmy Roland Fulmer was born to Elder and Mrs. Harvey D. Fulmer Nov. 1, 1951 at Jonesboro, Arkansas. He joined the Bethany Church, Atlanta, Georgia on July 18, 1965,and was baptized on July 25,1965. On December 3, 1975, Brother Fulmer was ordained by the authority of Paris Church.
Elder Fulmer married Miss Debbie Machiavello in Memphis, TN March 6,1976. They now have nine children, six of whom are members of the church. He now serves Shoal Creek Church at Newborn, Ga. He has served churches in Idaho, Mississippi, Alabama and Georgia
