ELDER NEIL “SONNY†PHELAN
Neil Phelan Jr.
Neil Marion Phelan, Jr. was born, April 18, 1952 in Malvern, Arkansas, to Neil M. Phelan and Norma J. Phelan of Donaldson, Arkansas.Neil and his wife Marilyn were married November 1, 1980. They both joined the
Harmony Church, at Donaldson in April of 1983. He began speaking in the church in 1986 and was ordained as an Elder on April 7, 1990.
Shortly after his ordination, he began serving the Mt. Paron Primitive Baptist Church near Fordyce, Arkansas. In February 1995, he was called and began serving the Harmony Church at Donaldson.
