The Passing of Elder Frank McMillan

May 11, 1933 – January 25, 2017

- We learned this week that Elder Frank McMillan had gone home to be with the Lord. After spending time in the Parkwood Place Healthcare Center in Lufkin, Texas, Bro. Frank’s health still continued to decline to the point of needing a feeding tube and no longer being able to swallow. He passed away on Wednesday morning at the age of 83. Elder McMillan served as pastor of the Houston Primitive Baptist Church from January of 1974 until January of 1985. He was preceded as pastor by Elder Virgil Stanaland and followed by Elder J.A. Rowell Jr. Bro. Frank loved the Lord’s people and always wore a smile on his face. He was always a loving and jovial friend and a devoted member of the Houston Primitive Baptist Church. Please keep his widow Sis. Zelma and their family in your prayers.
